This book is based on a series of five international seminars held in Spring 1995 at TNI in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The authors are responsible for the contents of their contributions; their opinions do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the publishers. The book was first published in Dutch as "De Bom Voorbij - De verlenging van het Non-Proliferatie Verdrag en de toekomst van de kernbewapening", by the Peace Research Institute of the Catholic University of Nijmegen, in December 1995.
